We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference due to the nature of dropshipping fulfillment.

How to Request a Return

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item (if applicable).

  3. Once approved and the item is received, we will issue your refund or send a replacement.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if required).
